Victim offender Reconciliation Program

PACS faculty member Ron Claassen was the founding director of Victim Offender Reconciliation Program of the Central Valley. His writings on VORP are offered on the PACS documents page.

Large-scale implementation
International

Conflicts between people groups are a perfect place to apply restorative justice principles. Several articles by faculty member Duane Ruth-Heffelbower exploring this theme are available on our documents page.

RJ International.org applies the expertise of PACS to societal conflicts.

Responding to Terrorism
