Background

Donald Fischer has over twenty-eight years of experience in small business, insurance, construction and real estate. He mediates and facilitates conflict management in these arenas as well as probate, conservatorship, employment, personal injury, family, and victim / offender reconciliation (VORP). Don practices as a mediator for the Fresno County Superior Court, and has in excess of 200 hours of certified mediation training. This training includes 110 hours from the California Bar Association and 25 hours from the American Bar Association, certification as an arbitrator for construction dispute resolution and as an employment mediator for EEOC. He is a Research Consultant and advanced mediation trainer for the Fresno County Superior Court and has mediated more than 300 cases and conducted more than forty mandatory settlement conferences for the Fresno County Superior Court.
